We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

  • The item must not show signs of installation, use, damage, or modification.

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or any reason not caused by Velento Living, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is approved due to:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items received

Velento Living will provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, refund, or return assistance depending on the circumstances.


Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Description of the issue

Our team will review your case and offer a suitable resolution.


Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for inspection

  • 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If the order has already shipped, it will be treated under the standard return policy.


Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused by the customer or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any shipping, handling, storage, or return expenses incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks relating to fulfilled orders may result in supporting documentation being submitted to the payment provider for review.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged. Velento Living is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
